Through interactive activities, teams will explore how innovative design solutions can address these four key pillars, empowering them to contribute to real-world change.

How It Works

• Inspiring Presentation: The session begins with an engaging presentation on energy poverty and the transformative power of sustainable solutions.

• Hands-On Activity: Each participant will assemble a SolarBuddy solar light, a vital tool for children living without reliable electricity.

​

• Letter-Writing Connection: Participants will write heartfelt letters to accompany their solar lights, creating a meaningful connection with the children receiving them.

​

• Impactful Contribution: The solar lights are returned to SolarBuddy for quality assurance before being distributed by our NGO partners to communities in need.

​
